Returns & Exchanges
Please note, we have a strict no refund policy.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, please contact us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
We are not responsible to pay for your shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item to be exchanged. We are not responsible for any loss of items in the post without a tracking number.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange parcel, and let you know if the exchanged was approved or not. If approved, we will send you your exchange item(s) and send you the tracking information.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you do not contact us within 48 hours since receiving your parcel, then we will assume there is no problem with your purchase.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged such as Hijabs, Hijab Caps/ Undercaps.
