Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Due to the high volume of orders we’re currently processing, our system automatically sends orders to the warehouse for immediate fulfillment, which prevents us from making any cancellations.
We are committed to continuously improve and optimize our services as our business grows.
Exchanges
Currently, all orders are shipped directly from our factory, and there are no overseas warehouses available in your country. As a result, packages can only be delivered to you and cannot be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do not contact us within 48 hours since receiving your parcel, then we will assume there is no problem with your purchase.
