Exchanges
Currently, all orders are shipped directly from our factory, and there are no overseas warehouses available in your country. As a result, packages can only be delivered to you and cannot be returned. Our temporary return and exchange policy is as follows:
- If there is a product quality issue, we will resend the item free of charge.
- For any other reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
We are committed to continuously improving and optimizing our services as our business grows.
Additionally, we offer a 14-day return policy. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, but please note that returns will only be accepted for quality issues. We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do not contact us within 48 hours since receiving your parcel, then we will assume there is no problem with your purchase.
